The two-motor system allows you to adjust the back while the seat is lifting for enhanced flexibility when getting in and out of the chair.

The Sanford Power Lift Recliner offers the exclusive Body-Max™ seating system with three different innovations. It’s a combination of 6 sinuous wire seat springs, 2.5 lb high-density foam, and zipper access across the back of the chaise lounge to let you customize your comfort.

Power Lift Dual Comfort Technology

Dual-Comfort Technology features two independent motors, one controlling the lift and recliner function while the other controls the back movement. • Six, no-sag sinuous wire seat springs are strategically placed in the "seating zone" ensuring maximum weight distribution that will instill a lifetime of comfort.
• Kiln-dried hardwood frame parts are doweled, screwed, and glued for solid, long lasting construction.
• Tenon and mortise joints secured by steel truss plates.
• Five 8-gauge heat-tempered sinuous wire seat springs connected side-by-side with two 16-gauge coated steel wires for added support and squeak-free use.

Fabric Details

This fabric a perfect marriage on reclining and stationary furniture that gives a casual, comfortable feeling to your home. It’s a perfect alternative to suede leather. The fabric's construction is a micro-denier polyester warp knit suede facecloth. It is then bonded to a woven, padded backing to make it soft and upholster beautifully. The fabric is then PU Printed (Polyurethane Print) and this gives the leather look its soft touch and feel. The PU print is not normally added to the fabric content, as it is not part of the construction. It's an over Print Effect. There is Zero Hydrolysis risk in PU Printing. With over 30,000 Double rubs, this fabric is extremely durable to handle any home environment.
