Unlike standard furniture retailers that charge premium fees for basic delivery services, our delivery options are designed with your specific needs in mind. 

Direct from the Factory

We ship all of our recliners direct from the factory to your home. We skip the added costs of transporting and warehousing the recliners, allowing us to offer you lower prices than local furniture stores.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies only to deliveries in the Continental United States for orders over $1000 USD. The below Delivery Terms & Conditions apply to all deliveries. Return shipping charges may apply.

2. ROOM OF CHOICE - Added Peace of Mind

When you need your recliner placed exactly where you'll enjoy it most.

  • Includes all Threshold Delivery services
  • Your recliner is carefully transported to any room in your home
  • Positioned according to your specific instructions
  • Perfect for when stairs or navigation through the home is required
  • Please note: Assembly is not included with this service

Our Delivery Promise

Our staff understands the unique needs of our customers and our delivery vendor treats your home with the same respect we've built into our recliners. Because when you've finally found furniture that truly fits, getting it into your home should be the easiest part of the journey.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Our standard delivery includes most residential addresses across the lower 48 states. (Delivery is not available in Hawaii and Alaska.)

There are some Terms & Conditions regarding our deliveries that must be accepted before placing an order.

Island shipments - any shipment to an island will incur an additional charge of $199 to deliver.

Martha's Vineyard - any shipment to Martha's Vineyard will incur an additional charge of $249 to deliver.

Nantucket - any shipment to Nantucket will incur an additional charge of $299 to deliver.

New York City (zip codes 100-102) - any shipment to New York City zip codes (100-102) will incur an additional charge of $79 to deliver.

Not at home - our drivers will wait 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are not at home after 15 minutes, and the drivers have to re-attempt delivery, you will be charged an additional $149.

Refusal/Undeliverable at time of delivery/Cancelled in route - if you refuse delivery, if we are unable to complete the delivery or are cancelled in route, you will be charged an additional $149.

Partial refusal/Undeliverable at time of delivery - if you refuse part of your order upon delivery, or if we are unable to complete the entire delivery, you will be charged an additional $49.

Rescheduled in route/Prior to delivery - if you attempt to reschedule your order after it has been staged for delivery, you will be charged an additional $149.

Cancelled prior to delivery - if you cancel your order after it has been staged for delivery, you will be charged an additional $49.

Partially cancelled prior to delivery - if you cancel your part of your order after it has been staged for delivery, you will be charged an additional $49.

Extra stairs - one flight of stairs is included in Room of Choice and White Glove delivery. Each additional flight of stairs will be charged an $29 pre flight. A flight of stairs is defined as a set of stairs connecting one level to the next level.

On-site delay/Additional assembly time - Threshold and Room of Choice deliveries will Incur an additional charge of $29 per 1/4 hour (15 minutes); after 15 minutes. White Glove deliveries will Incur an additional charge of $29 per 1/4 hour (15 minutes); after 30 minutes.

Special deliveries - All special deliveries MUST BE QUOTED PRIOR TO ORDERING (remote locations, deliveries requiring special conditions, e.g. per diem overnight stay, ferry and/or deliveries involving unusual conditions, e.g. hoists onto balconies or through window(s), delivery above the third floor without availability of an elevator, 3-4 man delivery, small truck, etc.)
