Delivery and Assembly

Our included standard Threshold Delivery brings your recliner to the entrance of your home with real-time tracking and a convenient 2-hour delivery window. Delivery teams are professionally trained to handle specialized furniture, but please note assembly is not included with this service.

What does Room of Choice delivery include?

Room of Choice delivery includes all Threshold services plus placement of your recliner in any room of your home according to your instructions. This service is ideal when stairs or navigation through the home is required. Assembly is not included with this service.

What is White Glove delivery service?

Our premium White Glove service includes delivery to your room of choice, complete unboxing, professional assembly, removal of all packaging materials, and optional haul-away of old furniture. This is our most comprehensive delivery option for a completely hassle-free experience.

Do I need to assemble my recliner?

Assembly requirements vary by model. Most recliners require minimal assembly, such as attaching the back to the base, which can be completed in 15-30 minutes. Detailed assembly instructions are included with each recliner, and White Glove delivery includes professional assembly.

Do I need to measure my doorways before ordering?

Yes! We recommend measuring all doorways, hallways, and stairways that your furniture will need to pass through. Most of our recliners require a minimum doorway width of 32 inches, though some can fit through more narrow openings when partially disassembled.

Warranty and Returns

What warranty comes with your recliners?

Our recliners include a comprehensive warranty covering the frame and reclining mechanisms for life, cushioning for 5 years, and electrical components (motors, remotes, etc.) for 3 years. Upholstery is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.

What happens if I need warranty service?

Simply contact our customer service team with your order information, and we'll arrange for inspection and repair or replacement of the affected parts in accordance with our warranty terms.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee on all recliners. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that return shipping fees may apply, and returned furniture must be in its original condition.
