At Big & Tall Recliners.com, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority! If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of delivery. 

Returns and Refunds

Don't like your purchase? No worries, we have a plan for that.

If you want to start a return, you must notify our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery.

For a full refund, product must be in like-new condition and must include the original packaging.

Once the product is received and condition verified, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. These costs are generally 15% of the order total + any pickup fees. For an exact return shipping cost, please contact us at help@bigandtallrecliners.com and we can provide that information before your purchase.
